With over a decade of experience guiding people through stress, anxiety, confusion, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm, I offer a calm, guided, supportive space where deeper understanding and real change can unfold. This work is for those ready to move beyond coping and live with more ease, connection, and authenticity — allowing wellness to become something you live from, not something you chase.
